This is Shakespeare's immortal tale of madness, betrayal, and the lust for power.

Set in modern-day Los Angeles, #LEAR tells the story of an aging reality TV star and former mobster, desperately trying to hide his worsening dementia.  A  young schemer, obsessed by fame and fortune, plots to take over the gangs still running Lear's lucrative illicit enterprises, while the retiring patriarch's family and entourage tear each other apart over greed and power.

#LEAR is the opening work in DMTheatrics' new project, a global theater that will play to a worldwide audience.

All Patreon subscribers will receive rewards, including early access to finished productions and rough cuts, demos of original scores and music, personalized cast messages, and exclusive posters, playbills, and even bespoke vinyl picture discs.
